The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes used for this wine are grown at the Mizpe Offir vineyard in the Golan overlooking the sea of Galilee. Manually harvested at dawn, the grapes then go through a long and cool fermentation process, to extract colors and aroma. The color of Lioness is an intense red towards purple.
